岗位职责：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:  
-	Support the Project/Engineering Manager/Project Engineer regarding piping engineering topics utilizing the Digital Engineering workflow and associated tools. 使用相应的数字化设计流程及工具，支持项目经理、设计经理及项目工程师提供管道专业的相关设计工作。
-	Develop a solid Piping Design scope for all eMOC and Capital Projects, monitor & control piping engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all actvities and deliverables associated with Piping. 明确新项目投资及在役工厂改造的管道工作范围，监督及管理项目承包商的管道设计工作。总体负责管道专业的所有活动及交付成果。
-	Effectively coordinate within the Piping and other disciplines for all aspects of piping scope in Digital Engineering process. 实施数字化工程流程，有效协调管道及其他相关专业。
-	Responsible for the execution and coordination of activities related to the design, engineering, and procurement of Piping, including flexibility and stress analysis of piping systems, mechanical integrity and specification of piping components. 在项目执行过程中，负责管道设计及采购相关事宜，包括管道的柔性及应力分析、机械完整性及管道元件规范等。
-	Responsible for the 3D Model development, coordination with other disciplines and external contractors (LDI & CC). 负责3D模型开发，协调其他专业及外部承包商（当地设计院及施工单位等）。
-	Responsible for coordinating the development / update of Pipe Service index and supporting material management activities on ZVS CapEx and eMOC. 负责协调管道等级表的编制和更新。支持湛江一体化基地投资及改造项目的材料管理工作。
-	Provide technical expertise and support to the Piping engineering team. 给予管道设计团队专家支持。
-	Establish and keep close contact to the related engineering discipline at BASF regionally and globally e.g. headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟区域及全球相关的设计团队建立并保持紧密合作（要求英语流利）。
-	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。
-	Establish and enhance local know-how in the Piping and be main point of contact for all piping expertise topics. 建立并强化团队的管道设计能力，成为管道专业相关专家服务的主要窗口。
-	Check of Vendor Drawings for Mechanical Safety Devices and special piping items. 校验安全原件和特殊件的供应商图纸。
-	Supervise/Manage Quality, Cost and Schedule for piping discipline in the Project. 在项目执行过程中监督/管理管道专业相关的质量、费用及进度等。
-	Support the development and updates of the Digital Engineering and construction process. Lead the Digital Twin topic within ZVS. Work with ODs and other stakeholders to coordinate the laser scanning process and activities as needed. 支持并更新数字化设计和施工流程。主导湛江一体化基地的数字化双胞胎课题。与运营部门和其他利益相关方合作，根据需要协调工厂的激光扫描。
-	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。


任职要求：
Requirements:
-	Education教育背景：Bachelor's degree with major study in Process/Mechanical /Chemical engineering 工艺/机械/化工专业本科毕业
-	Master's degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选
-	Working Experience工作经历：
-	At least more than 6 years working experiences in Piping area在管道专业工作至少六年或以上
-	Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求：
-	Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟练掌握中英文
-	Good knowledge in Piping, Equipment layout, material and design Codes (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通管道、设备布置及材料等知识，熟悉相关国内及国际标准规范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等）
-	Good in relevant softwares/tools e.g. S3D and other Hexagon tools熟悉相关设计软件，如S3D, 及其他Hexagon工具等
-	Experienced with special software e.g. SPRD, CAESAR II etc. will be an advantage. 有特殊软件使用经验（如SPRD, CAESAR II等）可优选
-	Holding national Piping engineer or senior Piping engineer certificate as a preference 持有国内管道工程师或高级工程师证书者优选
