岗位职责：
	Responsible  for Packed Logistic maintenance management, include automation bagging line, automation high-rack warehouse, AGV, automation convey, etc.
	Fulfill compliance maintenance by developing maintenance plan according to law, authority and safety requirement;
	Implement reliability by applying RBM, RCFA, BAP, and develop related Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs based on FMEA;
	Develop measures for operation excellence, to control, decrease and eliminate operation risks;
	Focus on maintenance cost optimization from aspects of material consumption and maintenance technology;
	Attend phase I project for detail engineering, spare parts management, commissioning, training, etc.

1.	Maintenance 
•	Responsible for the sustainability of maintenance execution processes are being followed including notification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, and feedback;
•	Lead all maintenance activities in charge, from maintenance plan to quality control to ensure reliability and availability;
•	Responsible for on-site spare parts inventory to ensuring adequate parts supply and cost effectiveness, and develop supplier relationships to improve performance;
•	To support the design, specification and installation for new CAPEX project and upgrading MOC work;
•	To establish, monitor, and optimize Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance Plans. Lead the implementation of electrical maintenance and reliability strategies that are consistent with requirements as defined by BASF procedure such as preventive maintenance plan, RBM, RCFA, BAP, CMMS and so on;
•	Update database of CMMS (SAP), includes equipment e-class; function location, PM plan, BoM, and so on;
•	Collect TAR work item list and prepare detail planning to support TAR coordinator prepare TAR overall scheduling; Prepare and submit qualified TAR report on time;

2.	Project and Commissioning & start up support (Project phase)
•	Responsible for design review new project, include High-rack automation warehouse, automation bagging line, to ensure maintainability of new facilities 
•	Responsible for system commissioning and start up and lead task team to execute the package safely and effectively; solve problems quickly;
•	Responsible for collection, receive and archive for all engineering documents, especial for concealed construction;
•	Responsible for 2 year spare part list preparation & review, material number apply in SAP system.
•	Responsible for special tools preparation for key equipment.
•	Responsible for training document preparation and train maintenance technicians.

3.	EHSS Responsibilities
The engineer is responsible for the implementation of EHSS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care Codes of the site to ensure compliance and safe maintenance activities. The particular responsibilities are to:
•	Identify EHS-critical equipment/device, define inspection interval and develop maintenance plan based on related safety codes and authority’s regulations;
•	Develop maintenance instruction for all EHS device and facilities;
•	Train and instruct maintenance technician about maintenance requirement;
•	Perform periodic inspection for facilities in charge and develop corrective plan to eliminate risks; Attend and pass all EHS training as required; Responsible for the necessary certificates for maintenance activities
•	Participate in Process Safety review, Management of Change, Pre-start up safety review, plant inspection;
•	Evaluate the qualifications and conformance of contractors according to regulations and EHS procedures; 
•	To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk, environment pollution and other potential hazards; 
•	Develop safe working skills and habits; Always practice good housekeeping and keep workplace clean;

4.	Personnel management 
•	Improve professional knowledge based on training matrix and yearly training plan;
•	Continuously train and develop team member’s skills and competences in terms of technical and process knowledge to ensure own employees and contractors to reach required level of competence for electrical maintenance;
•	Take a role as mentor for new engineer just educated from university;

5.	Others
•	Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

任职要求：
	Profound knowledge in automation equipment, SIEMENS PLC, HMI, electrical equipment/device. Automation or Electrical Engineering/ Process control, Bachler degree or above
	Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of automation unit, at least 5 years automation project experience, and ability to debug automation projects independently.
	Experience in industrial software, such as Auto CAD, TIA Portal.
	Have the maintenance experience of HABOSHI （哈博实）is advantage.
	Good understanding of related in automation control area, good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements /safety standards, maintenance process.
	Good English communication skills in both spoken & written
