岗位职责:
Main Tasks:
People Management
？ Support department manager to manage and supervise all activities and personnel of the instrument discipline.
？ Support department manager to set target for individual of the instrument discipline in accordance with the department target, and evaluate their performance.
Maintenance and Repair
？ Support workshop manager to make and develop the detail quality evaluation criterion.
？ Set up relevant maintenance procedure, include preventive and predictive maintenance, and electrical safe work procedure and follow up the execution.
？ Responsible for the improvement of repair skills, solving of serious problem and technical training, instruction for subordinates.
？ According the production and supervisor's instruction, direct and monitor the repair or testing of control valves, field measurements, transmit, fire fighting system, alarming system etc.
？ Support the organization & execution of annual DCS control loop checking and testing.
？ Responsible for the calibration and testing of measurements.
？ Responsible for the supervision of contractors' service; ensure contractors meet the standards and requirements of company's QA and safety policy.
？ Maintain all maintenance and repairing records, participate in monthly report to analyze the results of execution, and recommend improvement approach.
？ As back up person of online analyzer engineer.
Training
？ Responsible for the establishment of training program of instrument discipline and follow up.
Quality Assurance
？ Ensure all the team members understand and complies company QA policies.
？ Ensure all the work and service be provided meet the QA objectives and requirement.
Safety, health & environment
？ Support department manager to make and develop workshop safety and environment protection manual and policy under company SHE guideline. And responsible for the implement.
Ad hoc task as and when required.
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in automation or process control - Master degree is an advantage;
- Minimum 8 years work experiences in specific professional field in E&I maintenance, especially in DCS (DeltaV) and PLC;
- Minimum 3 years of work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry mandatory;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
