PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责
1. Provide essential training to operators and engineers before SAP PM system is online and ensure the engineers to have the related skills.在SAP工厂维修模块上线之前，对工厂人员及维修工程师提供必要的培训，确认相关人员具备相应的技能；
2. Ensure SAP PM module working smoothly and could handle exceptional conditions.确保SAP维修模块的顺利运行，并能对异常情况进行处理；
3. Create PM01 maintenance work order once receiving the notification from operation team and set up maintenance purchasing request according under related work order and get approval from management team. 收到操作人员发出的日常维修通知单后,需立即创建PM01维修工单,并根据报价单在相应的工单下创建相应的采购单,并获得相应管理人员的审批；
4. Perform MIGO in time for related PO and close work order once the maintenance work is done.当维修工作完成后，及时在系统里关闭工单，及对相应的订单做收货；
5. Input technical data into PM01 work order based on maintenance engineers’ feedback, including the problem of equipment, cause of failure, date of starting and closing. 根据维修工程师反馈的信息输入维修工单，包括设备故障类型，损坏部分及损坏的原因，开始和结束日期等。
6. Report monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance cost based on SAP actual data and assist maintenance manager to adjust the forecast monthly basis. 依据SAP工单数据，编制月度/季度/年度的维修费用报告；协助维修经理调整预算；
7. Release PM02 work orders at the beginning of every month and assign the works to related engineers. Also need urge the engineers to complete these prevention maintenance work. Collect the completion status on the 25th of every month and close PM02 orders in system. 每月月初从SAP系统里释放PM02工单，发送给维修团队和其他相关人员，督促其完成预防性维修工作；每月25号左右收集检修任务完成情况，请及时在系统里关闭；
8. According to the TAR plan to release PM03 work orders before plant turn around and create purchasing request, reserve spares and close orders based on the engineers’ request. 大修前，根据工厂检修计划，释放PM03工单。并根据工程师的需求创建订单，预留备件，关闭工单；
9. Release PM06 work orders for EAR project, create purchasing request, reserve spares and close orders.释放PM06固定资产类的工单，创建订单，预留备件，关闭工单；
10. Responsible to solve SAP related issues and provide essential training. 负责解决SAP相关问题，并提供必要的培训；
11. Some admin works for gasification maintenance department.
为气化维修部提供行政后勤服务工作；
12. Other relevant works assigned by the department manager.
部门经理安排的其他相关工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree and at least two years chemical work experience, SAP experience is preferred.
本科学历，最少有两年化工工作经验；有SAP经验者优先；
2. Be proficient in using computer, including MS office.
精通电脑知识，熟练使用 Microsoft Word. Excel, Access Outlook和 PowerPoint；
3. Must be very well organized and maintain flexibility to readjust changing priority.
有良好的组织能力,具有灵活性和适应能力者优先考虑；
4. Be able to manage multiple projects and be a self-starter.
做事需积极主动,能管理多个项目；
5. Pay strict attention to detail in order to perform tasks in a safe, error-free manner.
6. 注重细节,可安全无误地完成任务；
