PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
◦Accountable for P&L, asset management, project execution and
ASU, Gasification and Purification franchise development;
◦Responsible for productivity, cost management of
all assets with support from all other functions like plant operations, supply
chain, BDS etc.;
◦Develop and maintain customer engagement plan,
interface with customer’s high level people on a regular basis, maintain close
relationship with customer;
◦Lead and work with different functions to drive
government interface like tax, duties, utilities, business license/permits,
safety/quality authorities, park officers etc., playing as a key contact when
dealing with external issues, representing AP and coordinate internal resources
to provide timely feedback;
◦Clear understanding of production data versus
customer gas demand to maximize profit and avoid / minimize customer claim or
penalty.
◦Other tasks manager assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
◦The candidate is based in Jiutai site.
◦Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering.
◦Strong focus on Nothing is more important than
Safety, High standard of AP Core values & 4S cultures.
◦More than 10 years working experience in
business development, asset management, sales and/or engineering, managing a
sales/business team or operations team and experience in Gasification;
industrial gases and coal to chemical industry is a plus.
◦Have strong customer focus; selling and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customers as well as influence
internal stakeholders and local government departments;
◦Have strong problem solving, leadership and
management skills;
◦Have strong language skills, fluent in English
and local Putonghua;
◦Good PC skills and data analysis ability.
