PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要岗位职责
1.	The person in this position will be mainly responsible for the JVCo facilities instrumentation and control system troubleshooting, plant projects and continuous improvement support including reliability and productivity.
主要负责合资公司各装置仪表控制系统故障处理，运行可靠性、稳定性的持续改进
2.	This person is also responsible for the JVCo facilities support of the Process Automation System (PAS) with respect to some programming skills, preventive maintenance, shutdown circuit revalidation and legacy control system upgrade.
负责合资公司各装置过程自动控制系统程序设计、预防性维护、 停车故障确认和传统控制系统升级改造
3.	Primary routine duties involve providing day-to-day tech support to Gasification Facility in two major technical disciplines – controls and instrumentation —and also include participation in new units startup and commissioning, installing, and maintaining controls systems. 
日常责职包括对合资公司各装置的工艺控制和仪表系统管理进行技术指导，也包括参与新的工艺单元的试开车和工艺控制系统维护。
4.	Also facilitates implementation in the JVCo facilities of “best practices” and RCA in the controls and instrumentation disciplines—and participates in generating RCA investigation report and best practices for JVCo facilities in the controls and instrumentation areas.

5.	Emphasis placed on safety, team-work.

6.	This position is also responsible for helping to implement Critical Safety Circuit (CSS) revalidation work, eMOC and spare parts strategy in JVCo facilities.
负责实施合资公司各装置关键安全回路验证、电子化变更管理、控制系统备品备件管理
7.	This position is also responsible for helping to train JVCo facilities’ local controls/instrumentation engineering personnel.
负责帮助培训和指导合资公司各装置轮班DCS工程师工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）

Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候选人任职资格

1.	Bachelor in Chemical Engineering related Process, Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering. 
化学类工艺、电气工程、工业自动化本科学历。
2.	Preferably 6+ years working experiences in process controls/instrumentation and/or process engineering. Familiar with Honeywell DCS is a plus. 
6年以上工艺控制、仪表系统和或工艺管理经历，熟悉Honeywell DCS系统者优先考虑
3.	A strong background in control and instrumentation, including valves, transmitters, controllers and logic configuration is a desired. 
在工艺控制和仪器仪表，如：阀门、变送器、控制器、逻辑组态等方面有很强的背景
4.	Proficiency with methods of level, temperature, pressure and flow measurement is required, as well as knowledge relating to process control, and safety systems.

5.	Skills related to legacy control system upgrade planning, implementation and communications within our organizations are highly desirable.
