BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model f smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

You will be responsible f cost engineering  on site engineering project and plants maintenance, including maintenance, construction quantity survey, maintenance and project cost estimation and settlement; Review & audit contracts and 3rd parties wk in above area and ensure wk quality and regulaty compliance.
Suppt the overall contract management f BIG maintenance service, include contract strategy elabation together with contract wking group.

Main tasks

	Control and check contract service bill of quantity and quality, bill of evaluation as well as relevant documentation, ensure transparent, in-time and accurate cost controlling and final cost settlement, payment on TSS contracts' services.
	Suppt project, MOC on cost check and balance during bidding, ensure right basis f project, MOC execution, in charge of project, MOC controlling and its management including fecast, booking, monit and rept.
	Be responsible on cost claim management and change control, as well as evaluation, clarification, negotiation with contracts.
	Compiling BOQ/BOE per requirement.
	Check maintenance, construction quantities against maintenance, project scope, field check of quality is also required per BASF rule.
	Produce  review cost terms f maintenance, construction ITB, participate TBE and commercial bid evaluation and suppt contract price when required.
	Review, monit and audit 3rd parties cost control wk.
	Suppt contracts sourcing & ing process from cost area, from tender, quotation, until award    
	Suppt contract periodically review, check, assess and optimize on cost part.  
	Gather, summary, assess and rept on site TSS service contract cost perfmance, ensure transparence on contracts cost management.     
	Other wk assigned by the company.

任职要求：
What we expect

	Education: Bachel degree  above in chemical related engineering  Techno-Economics
	Wking Experience: Above 10 years' wk experience in chemical  petrochemical industry with sufficient maintenance, engineering and project cost control, at least 5 years wk experience in cost settlement  quantity survey
	Technical & Professional Knowledge: 
•	Capability of quantity calculation and measurement from drawing, familiar with method of measurement 
•	Knowledge of quota book f Estimation, Code of valuation with BOQ, Construction and maintenance 
•	Skills of pricing and drawing measurement software and MS office software
•	Skilled in SAP and project cost controlling is required
•	Good negotiation skills is preferable
	International company experience is preferable
	Registered qualification certificate of cost engineer (注册造价工程师), cost estimat, cost engineer  related professional certificate(全国建设工程造价员资格证书) is required.
