PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. Start up or s/d plant following up lead operator arrangement. 按照领班安排起厂或停厂；
2. Deal with safety, reliability, production and other issue with lead operator direction. 按照领班安排处理安全、可靠性或生产相关问题；
3. Record operation and routine check status. 完成操作调控和日常检查，并进行记录；
4. Implement Preventive Maintenance with maintenance engineer professional direction. 按照维修工程师的专业指导完成预防性维护检查；
5. Daily routine checks for production and facility in plant; 完成日常生产和工厂检查；
6. Safely operate and check equipment, ensure site safety. 安全操作并检查设备，确保现场安全；
7. Check and control the quality of products, quickly deal with the unqualified products; 监控并调节产品质量，快速处理纯度不合格问题；
8. Responsible for transport, filling, storage and protection of gas products; 负责气体产品的搬运、充装、储存保护。
9. Control the production process; 监控生产流程；
10. Calibrate and test instrument equipment; 校验分析仪和测试设备；
11. Responsible for the daily operation, including process control, productivity and parameter adjustment, etc. 负责日常操作，包括工艺控制、产量与参数调节等；
12. Work closely with other operators and engineers. 与其他操作员和工程师密切合作；
13. Issue SWP, ensure any activity at site is following up company policy and government regulation. Improve English level, can read and understand Safety policy, technology manual and SWIM. 签发安全工作许可证，确保现场活动遵守法律法规和公司程序要求。提高英语水平，能阅读和理解安全政策、技术手册和操作程序。


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1,At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty. 化工、机械、电气、工业自动化或仪表专业大专以上学历。
2,At least 1 years working experience with a manufacturing company. 一年以上制造业工作经验。
Have good safety knowledge and understand site safety management；
3,English ability would be preferable. 英语水平好，可优先考虑。
4,Energetic, honest, and hard working. 态度积极，为人诚实，工作努力。
5,Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn. 积极进取，努力学习。
6,Suitable for shift work; 适应倒班。
