岗位职责
• Select/screen suppliers选择/筛选供应商
• Supplier management供应商管理
• Countertypeing project/respite project/cost saving project Optimize supply lead time, to ease the stock pressure to improve company cash liquidity项目/临时项目/成本节约项目优化供应周期，缓解库存压力，提高公司现金流动性
• Sea/air freight /Customs brokers /road transport forwarders management海运/空运/报关行/公路运输代理管理
• Liaise with vendor scheduler, to ensure all purchasing goes to the qualified vendors; support vendor scheduler to settle the existing supplier complaints与供应商调度员联络，确保所有采购都流向合格的供应商；支持供应商调度员解决现有的供应商投诉
• Suppliers /forwarders Contract management供应商/货运代理合同管理
• Settle PFR complaints in SCM在供应链管理中解决PFR投诉
• Coupa buyer relevant work. Coupa系统中采购相关工作。
• Scan the invoices after sorting them out. Payment request to Finance department. 整理发票后进行扫描。向财务部提出付款请求。
• Vendor codes related work in SAP and Coupa, such as creation and update etc. SAP和Coupa中与供应商代码相关的工作，如创建和更新等。
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 relevant work. Make sure ISO compliance in due course. ISO 9001/14001/45001相关工作。确保在适当的时候符合ISO标准。
• MSDS update upon the lists provided by logistic department. 根据物流部门提供的清单更新MSDS。
• Review the code of conduct and sign the code of conduct with new suppliers. 审查行为准则，并与新供应商签署行为准则。
• Other assignments from the line manager. 直线经理的其他任务。
